Then other scientists would propose studies to the FDA, get their studies approved, and eventually publish their findings. And eventually everyone would say, huh, it looks like our original methodology was wrong, and this other stuff is actually what ‘cures’ cancer.
Because that’s what happens when science fucks up. Eventually someone figures it out, runs an experiment, proves it, other people check their results, and then the collective knowledge adjusts to incorporate the new information.
