I think it’s perfectly strategic to fuck around and vote your conscience in a primary, but when the chips are down the system (by design really) only supports mainstream options. The fact that Sanders is going pro-Biden speaks to me that he’s trying really hard to work with the Dem party. Politics has certainly made stranger bedfellows, none of this seems that dramatic or surprising.

      He’s always been like that.

Dudes spent decades saying third party would just fuck as all over, that’s why he runs in the Dem primary, but Independent in generals.

He’s always said the only way out of the current system is from within during primaries.

Which is why it’s so concerning the DNC demanded the NH state party violate state laws for their primary date then yanked their delegates when they followed the law.

NH kept going progressive over establishment, and now they don’t get to vote. In four years republicans will likely still control NH state government, have zero reason to change the law, and NH Dems will still be legally required to schedule theirs first.

Is the DNC going to tank their delegates again?

What the fuck do we do if it happens?

Ah, now I’m up to speed.

I guess at this point I’m running out of ways to have hope for this republic. I’ll get back to you on that maybe.

Don’t lose hope. Thats what they want. Stay angry, stay fighting the establishment. Its the only thing worth breathing for if you want our descendents to have any chance.

I wouldn’t worry, the Republic part will probably be fine. The representatives will just continue to become increasingly unrepresentative. It may cease to be a representative democracy but will probably still be a republic.
