Hi friends, I really want to get into Gundam but god it’s just to much, I can’t spend months watching all of it and what I want is to watch the new shows that are coming out now (like the shows that where made between 2020 and now) while also knowing what’s going on.

So where should I start and is there like a youtube video that recaps the main like plot points up to it? Please help!

    Most of the shows are in their own timelines, so you should be good to go. Universal Century (UC) is the timeline that goes all the way back to the OG.

    It’s only the Hathaway movie and Cucuruz Doan’s Island that are in that timeline, out of the recent releases.

    If you later decide you want to get into the UC timeline, just watch the 3 movies that summarize the original Mobile Suit Gundam as an entrypoint.
