I don’t really eat fries, because they feel like something is missing. What side of veg should/could I get to make them feel more complete? Vegan coleslaw? I need ideas.

  • I usually do loaded fries if they’re a main. Ketchup, mustard, pickles, crumbled bean patty. Like a deconstructed burger.

    If you want a true side, I think broccoli pairs well with potatoes. Roast some chopped pecans in vegan butter, at the end add a bit of nutmeg, and use it to top the broccoli.
