Yes, they can appeal to the 11th circuit to have her removed. That’s not an easy thing to do though.

And is there any mechanism in place for her removal as a judge, just based on overall being unfit for the role?
Yes. She’d have to be impeached by the House of Representatives, then convicted in the Senate by a 2/3 majority. Basically will never happen.
We basically have a system where, as soon as the fascists capture 1/3 of the government, we have no legal defense against them seizing the other 2/3.
