    He actually wants to do what WeChat, and a few other mega applications like that do. It works in the east, but we mostly don’t want that in the west afaict.

      I can see people using it as a go-between to send money to people over twitter or as a small emergency fund thing. Doubt many will use it as their primary bankery.

        I sure wouldn’t. Let’s even pretend he gets the license to do that, he’s shown time and again he’ll change the rules with a 2min notice on a whim. I don’t need rollercoasters with my finances.
