This song AKA ‘(Cunts Are Still) Running The World’, was included as a “secret” track on CD and as a bonus 7" with the vinyl LP version of The Jarvis Cocker Record.
A few years ago, there was a push to get this to Christmas #1 in the UK.

I love Jarvis, he is such an interesting character. The song Fat Children is a great from that album.
But This is Hardcore was a peak 90’s moment. The world of my memories will always find that time to be my salad days. I listened to that album a lot after a breakup with my first love and it was my therapy whenever I was depressed.
