Alabama state Rep. David Cole ® on Tuesday was arrested and charged with voter fraud on accusations he voted in “multiple or unauthorized locations,” according to jail records provided by Madison County Sheriff’s Office.
According to the sheriff’s records, Cole was booked Tuesday afternoon and released on bail amounting to $2,500. The charge is a Class C felony, meaning conviction could result in up to 10 years in prison.
Al.com, a local news outlet, said Attorney General Steve Marshall’s office confirmed he was prosecuting the case.
No, it’ll be: “Why aren’t the democrat frauds being arrested too!?!?!?!?”. Everyone: “There’s no evidence”. Them: “It’s a conspiracy!” Everyone: “The few that have been found to have committed fraud, even by accident, have gone to prison. There’s no conspiracy.” Them: “They’re just part of the cover up, they’re probably plants.”
It’s exhausting just to list their predictable retorts, especially when you know it’ll never convince them and they’ll just start looping through the bullshit until “Everyone” just gives up. That’s how they win.
That’s why the key isn’t to engage with them at all.
