    I read it more as “I reject your theory”.

    Again that was always allowed, but don’t be surprised when you accidentally recreate capitalism or the State or some other system of domination or hierarchy in an avoidable way that was predicted by the theory.

      A dogmatic approach to theory will not stop authority from rising, only constant vigilance and action can do that.

        Yeah, I’m not advocating for a dogmatic approach to theory. Also…vigilance and action are insufficient without theory (but certainly necessary) to prevent authority and domination from developing, because we need to know what to be vigilant for and what are the known pros and cons of any possible actions. IMO good theory and action complement each other. Good theory gives us an indication of what to look out for and a basis for solutions, which then need to be adapted to the situation at hand.

        Like IMO, theory is like code reuse for social change.
