My post was removed from no stupid questions for a rule 1 violation

The title was clearly formatted in the form of a question, and the question is actually about something real. Who at this community decides what isn’t a real question? What are the criteria, and why isn’t the OP asked to verify their question before a post is removed? Is the only criteria for a rule 1 violation that enough people downvote and report? If so, be transparent and update rule 1 to “MOB RULES”.
Furthermore, I had at least two commenters say that my question was stupid, when clearly in the sidebar, it says there are no stupid questions. If I had known we just make shit up as we go, I wouldn’t have even asked.
No Stupid Questions and Shower Thoughts seem to be moderated and frequented by NPCs whose only litmus test for discerning if a question is an actual question or a thought is and actual thought is asking themselves, “would I have asked this question? would I have had this thought?” and the answer is no, because they only have the capacity to think about their own basic functions. For them, keeping their bowels from releasing is a constant and conscious activity.
Very dissatisfied, won’t recommend that community to anyone.

That goes without saying. Nevertheless I adamantly object to the claim that it wasn’t a legitimate question, and put forth that I am the source of truth as the questioner.
It’s your right to disagree, as it is their right to disagree with you. Do you legitimately expect to be allowed into any venue no matter what you do just because it’s generally open to the public? Unlike the mods of that community, you have no ownership stake, nor any of their responsibilities to manage it - as such you have no right to demand how it is run.
Again, you can create your own similar community, and if your preferred manner of running things proves more popular then you will have shown them to be wrong. Unless & until that happens, you have little ground to stand on for your argument.
ETA: I’m done for the day. Gnite.
