I have a friend who keeps saying that my drawings fit better at an insane asylum’s cell wall drawn with my own poop, so this wee chick’s a sort of a nod to that.
thats a real compliment actually, even if they didnt know it was.
People who are considered insane are often highly creative and drawing with poop is just the last resort drawing medium when all other tools are taken away.
That and drawing with blood.
If you are at that point its clear the artistic expression within one is incredibly raw and powerfull taking priority over your own wellbeing. Your friend basicly called you a real artist.

But, in reality, you can just default to male, because girls aren’t real.
