      It is, “fisheye equidistant” to be specific (with 360 degree FOV). but the whole thing is inside a perfectly smooth metal sphere, this gives you crazy reflections.
      I’m additionally using a little trick where the bottom sphere (the one not selected in the above image) has some funky normals, and partway thru the animation I swap the sphere with normal normals. Here’s a comparison:

          I really love playing around with settings to get a more surreal result out of blender. Here’s another render using the exact same methods I made a long time ago, note that this is only a singular teapot and one sphere, with more intricate camera motion:

              Still not entirely sure what type of content best fits here but I have some ideas
