Nah, I’ve blocklisted them at the router level because of the nauseating amount of ads and trackers they employ.
The body of my post is suggesting this should be common practice for these reasons, and people should use something else
If you use mobile you can also install TrackerControl from F-Droid (not the playstore version, playstore version is tracker viewing only)
It creates an internal VPN so it can block blacklisted ad and tracker sites. It made browsing Imgur bearable.
