    There is info on the wiki about the release

    Guild Wars 2: Secrets of the Obscure is the fourth expansion pack for Guild Wars 2. It was announced on March 22, 2022,[1] and the title, features and trailer were revealed on June 27, 2023.[2] The release date will be on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at 18:00 UTC+02:00.

      Guess the kids will be going early to bed that day 😆 18:00 UTC+02:00 is just before prime time on the EU servers. The Americans will have to take a day off to play with the rest of us.
