Thanks for your reply. However, I was looking for a physical copy of a map for this trip.
You could download the trails from AllTrails or Caltopo and print your own custom maps at exactly the scale you want - I’ve done this for remote areas and it works great, just get them laminated at a print shop for durability in the Azores humidity.
