I’m still not sure Trump understands what tariffs are.
I’m pretty sure he doesn’t care. I’m also pretty sure there’s someone going to profit from this big time and that’s who’s pushing for it.
I think he’s going to funnel all the tariffs to himself and friends then back off before the peasants come knocking at the door.
The plan is for massive tariffs to pay for tax cuts for billionaires. He doesn’t care who pays the tariffs.
