Take a break, or try different activities when you get down with the ganja. If your norm is to get blasted and watch YouTube or play video games, try some light exercise like an outdoor walk or visiting downtown shops if you have them. Try a new restaurant or go to the cinema. If it’s nice out rent a bike or explore a city park or nature trail.

When I’m stuck in a rut sometimes it helps to just try something new. It’s hard to get myself out of the house but I always enjoy myself when I do. Sometimes I wake up before my fiance on the weekends and walk the dog to downtown or there’s a coffee shop + dispensary wla shirt walk away.

It was directed at the reply above you, not you. Vibing and watching movies is fine but if you don’t enjoy that just gotta switch it up a bit.

It may be legal in many places now, but it’s not legal to be intoxicated in public on any substance in most places. If you are going to do that have a sober person with you to monitor. Especially the first time.

Downvote me all you like, I’m trying to keep people out of jail. Cops can arrest you for just looking like you’re intoxicated and that can lead to a whole lot of bull shit. I was a public defender, I’ve seen it happen.

      • I appreciate that you try to help people, but you should preface this with where you are based, else this advice is kinda useless for most people, because it may very well be simply untrue for them. This is only true for a few extremely authorial places. If you live in a liberal democratic system it is almost certainly legal for you to be high or drunk in public, if you do not cause trouble. And don’t collapse on the sidewalk or something.

Whatever definition of “liberal democratic system” you are using is very narrow and not the norm. Marijuana is illegal in most of the world especially for non medical uses. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legality_of_cannabis

Just because a thing is common wherever you live doesn’t mean it’s not illegal, and some jack ass cop won’t decide to make you spend a night in jail.
