I just noticed that you’re viewing this from another instance.
Generally speaking, not all posts in a /c are visible outside of that instance, i.e. the distribution of federated content is not consistent.

If you want to read all posts in this /c, make yourself a lemmy.ml account, and you’ll see that there are quite a lot of pro-Ukraine posts in this /c
