Didn’t watch My Hero Academia, but if that line appears there, it’s likely referencing DBZ SSJ3 transformation scene
I don’t think its a reference to dbz, its like one of the shows main catchphrases (usually followed up with a “plus ultra”). I think its just a coincidence
