In the previous song, Annie Murphy repeatedly sings “I’m a little bit of [whatever it is]”,
where in this song, Ms Brooks sings "I’m a [whatever it is, though the word “bitch” is often used].
While “I’m a” is a contraction-of-sorts of “I’m a little bit of”, the tautology is sufficient, IMO, to constitute an adequate connection for the purpose of this community.
Connections don’t have to be obvious or straightforward, etc. – as long as they’re explainable! :)
