Scuff mark made by most likely a shoe, but perhaps a plastic cart wheel, table leg, or something else that might have scraped across the floor
Depending on what material caused the scuff (shoe rubber, plastic, etc.) it might be removed with just soap and water and scrubbing so that’s worth trying first. If not, it might require a solvent like rubbing alcohol, acetone, or mineral spirits.
