You must be blind, if you can’t see the difference.
Well there you have it comrades. You heard it here first: aiding genocidal settlers is literally the only way not to become like the US. So everyone better start displacing some natives and aiding in genocide or you’ll become just like the USA who are famous for (checks notes) umm… displacing natives and committing genocide. Sounds weird, but that’s the new line now /s

You must have a really low opinion of China. Literally insulting to the Chinese people how you imply they don’t have any shred of human morals.
They made a decision, just the wrong one in this single case. Pretend “neutrality”, while really helping the aggressor in the face of genocide is complicity.
Are you saying you literally can’t tell the difference between revolutionary communist countries and fascist genocidal colonies? Wow, you really do need to read Lenin.
Also China’s “neutrality” is supposed to be based on non-interference and peaceful development. By building settlements they interfere in what is internationally recognized as occupied Palestine by the UN. And how is aiding genocidal settlers peaceful?
Edit: I totally do trust China could do be better than this. Don’t you?

Once you’ve chosen that, you can’t really go back on your word.
Yes, you can. You can always draw a line. And a good place to draw that line would be at literally supporting and profiting of a fascist colonial regime conducting a genocide so horrible it’s impossible to put into words.
Oh, so with that aid they paid the Palestinians for the stolen land on which they build settlements for fascists? Did the Palestinians agree to hand over this land in exchange for some food packages? No? Well than that’s just like aiding a thief and then throwing some pocket change at the helpless victim as they lie on the ground. Wondering how the value of these construction materials and all the work hours compares to the aid.
So should China stop sending aid
Ridiculous straw man argument and false equivalence.

I know and I agree with that. But we are among us, right? We already support China, so we don’t have to go so far in our critical support, as to support complicity in zionist colonialism. That can only come from a privileged perspective, of people who aren’t being occupied right now.
They aren’t neutral, they send 6000 workers. Did they send the same to the Palestinians? Oh right, they couldn’t afford it.
I know the meaning of neutral quite well. Neutral means “I work for the one with the most money”. Neutral means complicit. The examples you give are damming in their own right. Reads like a list of war profitieering. I defend China all the time and I’m all for critical support, but seriously, read back to yourself what you just wrote and pretend it’s Switzerland in the second world war selling weapons to the Nazis and the allies, because they care so much about being “neutral”. They aren’t neutral about their bank accounts.
China has been working towards a completely neutral world. They can’t just abandon it because some feel the Gaza conflict is a more worthy cause than all the other ones. Neutral is neutral, good or bad.
Read Lenin. Capitalist countries aren’t “neutral” they work together to crush us. We have to work together too. International solidarity is at the heart of Marxist-Leninism. Your ideology is counter-revolutionary. I’m not arguing, I’m teaching. Please self crit.
How much can the contract to send 6000 workers be worth to China? Do they really need the money that bad? They could just not aid the zionist colonialism. Not doing anything would be better than what they are doing. Not even fucking Germany is sending 6000 workers to literally build colonies. I know, they sent weapons instead, which is worse, but still. You can’t frame this as a strategically necessary decision of China. That’s ridiculous.
Exactly. Critical support for China is well and good, and I always support it. But we support Palestine as well right? So you have to ask yourself: shouldn’t these colonists building settlements for zionists on occupied land for a genocidal regime and profiting of colonialism be considered enemies of the resistance, whose trying to end this injustice and end the genocide? Think about it.
Admittedly, the resistance is not in a position right now, where this question has practical relevance, but in order to judge a political situation you should always take the perspective of the most oppressed and that is not China in this case. While China may be able to afford being “neutral” (pretending you even can be neutral in face of a genocide, which you can’t), Palestinians definitely do not have this privilege of pretend “neutrality”. The genocide is being forced on them. And if at any point the tables where to turn and they decided to take appropriate and measured action against these occupiers and those who aid them, then that would be their rightful call to make.
One lesson I took from the western student and protest movement against it is, that if possible, every group that mostly consists of newly politicized people, should be lead by Palestinians or at least by people from outside the imperial core. White western leftists can be enthusiastic about the anti-genocide cause too and can be a valuable addition to the group. But as leaders they often fall into one of two errors: taking too many risks or folding to quickly under pressure. The first is bad, because white people with citizenship have the privilege to come out of confrontations with the authorities much better, than everyone else. So they lack proper perspective. And the second is bad because it compromises our cause.
It’s a general lesson for every movement: leadership should mainly include the most affected people (just like the proletariat has to free itself). They can best judge which risk to take and which point to press.
Also book clubs are less effective in introducing Marxist-Leninist ideology/theory to a group than just showing up, helping and talking to people.
Oh and negotiations (for example with city or university authorities) need to be public and on our ground (eg in the protestors encampment). If the people you send aren’t trained negotiators, they need the support of the group or they will be pressured into needless concessions.
Yes, for example ublock origin.
It can sometimes work, especially in prison, if they need you alive or want to prevent you from becoming a martyr.
I get it. Interactions can be draining. Especially, when both you and/or the people you talk to are victims of capitalist alienation. Organizing involves a lot more than cold analysis and a big part of the work involves spreading ideology that centers around core feelings of people. Our enemies never forget to appeal to hate and fear and are very successful with this tactic. Socialists ideology naturally needs to center love and solidarity. Just being right is not enough to create class consciousness.
Comrades who are unable to do this work (which is legit) could still support the ones who can.
