The summer of that year, IMPACT/TNA terminated its relationship with Blanchard and stripped her of the World Title. Earlier that year, multiple wrestlers came forward and accused Blanchard of bullying and making racially offensive remarks in the past.
Not mentioned: Tessa was stripped of the title because she refused to show up for Slammiversary to defend the it. The company had to have a new belt made because she wouldn’t even ship them the existing one.
I think an “insulting” offer to come back was inline with what she deserved. Give her a raise once she demonstrated she’d do her freaking job.

He even had a former 60 Minutes correspondent on to discuss the bribe.

Early research on personalized pricing isn’t favorable for the consumer. Consumer Watchdog found that the best deals were offered to the wealthiest customers—with the worst deals given to the poorest people, who are least likely to have other options.

I think it was a CME that got the hatchlings agitated, not getting close to the stars.

I can’t properly select text from the first few paragraphs of the article, but the guy in the picture in the OP is Greg Gutfeld, co-host of Fox News’ “The Five”, and he actually said that stuff on the air.
I don’t think this is an iOS problem, unless the Bluesky post predates the feature that showed me this when I tried to insert a picture in OneNote:

Kavanaugh and Barrett were both asked about Roe during their Supreme Court nomination hearings, and they both responded like it was settled law and they’d leave it alone. Look how that worked out.

Also, someone who’s supposed to be term limited, and will definitely rig the election if he somehow runs again anyway, doesn’t really need to care about public opinion too much. It’s not like there seems to be much risk of anybody overthrowing the government.

The Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) is a U.S law, passed in 2005, that protects firearms manufacturers and dealers from being held liable when crimes have been committed with their products. Both arms manufacturers and dealers can still be held liable for damages resulting from defective products, breach of contract, criminal misconduct, and other actions for which they are directly responsible. However, they may be held liable for negligent entrustment if it is found that they had reason to believe a firearm was intended for use in a crime.
ryper@lemmy.cato Technology@lemmy.world•Supreme Court to decide whether ISPs must disconnect users accused of piracyEnglish941·25 days agoI’m pretty sure this supreme court would rule that people don’t have a right to electricity, or even water. They’ll probably be totally ok with people losing internet access as punishment for crossing media owners.
Trump may as well rename the EPA because it’s certainly not going to be protecting the environment for the next few years.
