Well that settles it, time to sell my quest. I got it second hand to play beatsaber when I went off to uni, the only game I had bought on an old oculus rift many years ago. After setting it up and everything, logging into my account, I find out I CAN’T EVEN PLAY MY DAMN GAME. Apparently you need to buy it again to use it on another oculus product line or whatever. If I hadn’t figured out how to pirate on that thing I would have resold it years ago. Now it seems I will have to. Fuck you, meta 🖕

So I’ve got a nextcloud instance set up, and using the notes, tasks and calendar apps. There’s a note app for mobile already, for tasks I use Tasks.org and for my calendar I use fossify calendar. The last two I sync using DAVx5. It’s pretty nice honestly, and all of these apps have widget options which is amazing and really helpful for my productivity setup. Are there better apps or software out there? Probably, but for me simplicity is best.

The way I know anti-DEI sentiments are inherently racist no matter how they spin it is because they seem to forget DEI literally also covers white people. Especially for ivy league university selection and the tech industry. They’re either so far up their own ass they completely forgot about that (until it comes back to bite them in said ass) or they don’t care because they know and are secure in the fact that anti-DEI is pro-whiteness and will be enacted as such.
