An incredible app for music listening on YouTube(no video rendering).
Of course no ads and background playing like a lot of other apps, but honestly this one has a fantastic ui and is above a lot of other apps. I seriously recommend it.
I just hope they port their new game at some point too.
My PS5 is collecting dust, I had blast of fun at first with the incredible demon souls remake, then returnal was absolutely incredible, I eventually bought horizon 2 and elden ring… And that’s it, when it appeared that their game were released on PC too and when they decided to go for multiplayer game (which turned really bad for everyone) I had no reason to turn it back on…

I quit 2 weeks ago, for the first time in 20 years I will hopefully be able to enjoy Christmas. I swear you lose pieces of your soul working retail and management seem to be soul vampires as they have none.
I don’t use them and some people frown on them but there are modern control scheme now with some auto combo and easy special moves. So it’s better than before on that front but still not for everyone I guess.
I got accused of using scripts in a street fighter 6 lobby, I was so flattered ! And I didn’t even know scripts existed or what they do!

No worship on my side, it’s just that they could have the means, the will, the users and the know how to make a user friendly Linux based phone with a good UI. You need all this to make a successful product. I can’t imagine another company in the same position.
Of course I would want a real foss phone but realistically it’s super complicated, a steam phone could create a standard from where to start, same as the steam deck and modern portable PCs.
And about steam future past Gabe, we will see when we get there

Considering their recent hardware reveals, I want a valve steamphone with a fully open system and modularity a la fair phone (or like their new VR headset) One model every 4/5 years would be perfectly ok for me.

They really look alike ! Considering outertune is still in beta, I probably won’t switch as I have a smooth experience so far with metrolist but good to know in case something goes wrong.
