Boiling it in a kettle or even a pot doesn’t have that weird metallic-ish taste that it gets if you microwave it.

ROFL (rolling on the floor laughing) as an example could be used to denote something that was, to the receiver, funnier than LOL (laughing out loud)

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•What's something which you pay more than "it's worth" for the sake of good quality/experience?
8·27 days agoBest suggestion I can give you (after having this battle a few years ago regarding a 55” tv and losing) is just don’t connect the damn thing to the internet during setup. (I had to connect online for a firmware update and my pihole was having a field day blocking like 15 different domains it was trying to reach to for ads and whatnot. )
Or just get a pc monitor, at 32” I think you’re still within parameters for that.

6·1 month agoGets a lot easier down the road when you upgrade or get multiple copies of your blueprints and have the modifiers for which type rooms would appear more often
Also helps to know what the requirements are to spawn certain rooms, makes it a lot more likely to get what you’re aiming for
It is a bit rough early on I admit
Thank you for reminding me. I went ahead and tossed it out just now.
