Also your point one has a huge flaw in my opinion - if I were Russia my top priority is to stay hidden and secret, everything you say opposes that, each time you introduce a new human element that is not loyal with certainty (forced or willing) is a weak point, even more so paying hosting companies in other countries that aren’t under direct control. I wouldn’t upload a bot that I wanted to stay in control of to another hosting company without some real knowledge that the bot (and that my control of or connection to) couldn’t be traced back to me in some way.

I was able to try out the MindsEye multi-player platform called Arcadia before the release and it is actually pretty good. Huge open sci-fi world with the ability to create your own worlds and utilize node based visual scripting to create your own games, all from within the platform itself.

Mindseye fully supports this scripting system too, you can edit the full map and add scripted features.

Its a shame they dropped the ball with Mindseye so badly, all the devs I had interaction with were good people, they were just spread too thinly - they essentially created 2 full games plus a ugc platform more advanced than most other popular platforms out right now.

If they were able to just focus solely on one game at a time I’m sure things would have been way better for them.

Also I am pretty sure the only reason Nexus banned the mod author (of the flags mod) is because they did it on a throwaway, which suddenly moved the mod into obvious trolling behaviour. If they had published the mod on their main account they would have just removed it without the ban.

Nexus is a private company and they can ban any mod they want to, it’s their decision what they want to allow on there.

I bet if Nexus was doing this in reverse, and was banning mods that added pride flags or w/e, you wouldn’t have a problem with it, you don’t care about freedom, you only care that you are allowed to be a piece of shit person.
