True to some extent, but I don’t think it is simple like that. We prioritize things differently, specially in social interactions. This leads to conflicts in many different ways.

If you mean slim body and smooth skin then probably there isn’t a name for that because that’s the standard most will expect from women, while in man that deviates from the expectations and gets a name because of that. Unfair in my honest opinion.

We have peertube. You can post videos and do lives on it, but I don’t think it’s possible to do it as a source of income

I think this is only bad if they don’t recognize their mistakes and just discourage you from even trying to achieve something.

Learning from other people’s mistakes is a useful skill.
