  • I’ll give the author some credit, he is probably not a lib. But in his own words:

Once the strength of the Iranian government has been collapsed there will be a power vacuum that is filled by whatever faction is able to secure control, and the strongest faction will be whichever one is backed by the US and its allies. There is no organic faction within Iran that is strong enough to stand against the installation of a US puppet regime at this time, besides the one that presently exists.

The best most perfect government just happens to already exist in Iran and there is no reason to change it. The status quo is fine.

I say it’s socialism or barbarism and Iran is pretty barbaric. Meanwhile, Iran becoming a pre-1979 US puppet state again isn’t going to happen, the current US Admin is too myopic for that, so I trust the persian people to do better. Do you?

  • These kind of rogue, blatantly illegal actions only further damage the US’ international standing and ultimately help global anti-imperialist forces. If they had killed him they would have made him a martyr. But abducting a head of state from his own country is even worse. It is an incomprehensibly bad look. It tramples all norms of international relations going back hundreds of years. There is a reason why coups are usually done through proxies.

Even the US’ most loyal vassals are struggling to find a way to unequivocally justify this. So now if they do a show trial they will further expose the farcical nature of the “rules based order” and the absurdity of the charges leveled at him. And if they let him go under international pressure it will be a public admission of defeat. No matter what this is a lose-lose for the empire. Just like Gaza was a lose-lose proposition for the Zionist entity no matter how many people they slaughtered.

Everyone already knows this. The “rules based order” has always been a facade for allowing Multinational Corporations to do whatever they want. You are huffing copium. No one is on the fence. Every Western Nation knows the game, and leaders of those countries are selected because they support it. Venezuela was never in the club, neither is Colombia or Cuba, but they literally do not matter. If Trump had spent 3 months carpet bombing Caracas to nothingness the response of the world would look exactly the same. Morality is not a part of the calculus, neither is most of latin america.

  • yea, ever since TPM was first making the conspiracy rounds in the 90’s there has been a huge misunderstanding of its purpose, let alone its capabilities. I 100% agree with the author that looking at the TPM as an evil blackbox is really just depriving users of a tool that can be implemented in an open source way to secure user privacy. The GPU however is impossible to implement in an opensource way by everyone except a small handful of semiconductor companies, and even then you would rely on proprietary microcode that woul take millions of manhours to reverse engineer if it were even possible. So if I were some megacorp who relied on Imaginary Property, the GPU that was exclusively created by a fellow megacorp is where I’d place my trust.

I also dont know why Win11 requires a tpm2.0, but since it does, and my current computer doesnt have one, I’m certanly not going to run it.

  • For the rest of the country/world, when you read of someone’s education realize that if it is from Texas, it isn’t real. Move on to next candidate from somewhere that has an education system not a religious indoctrination system.

What an ignorant take. You sound like someone who definitely understands higher education and the workings of modern universities. Fortunately most of Texas isn’t as ignorant as you, tough i admit you could give some people in specific universities a run for their money. Luckily you have no influence anywhere and the worlds is better off for it.

    tl;dr you are trash.
