The hair just got curled again so doesn’t hang as far down

Look at the background like the blue blow dryer and the mirror and you can see how the second image is cropped shorter and gives you an idea of how much different the different it would look if they where both to the same scale

It’s not extensions, it’s just the finished result.

The second image is taken from a little closer which helps it exaggerate the volume that might make it look like extensions

The left image is a before image, the right an after image.
