We read Capital, but there’s another one for Super-Imperialism run by 72T. Grad also has a theory reading group focused on texts not quite so large.

I try to read one book at a time, and set aside 10 minutes at least every day to reading it. Building up the habit really helps!

I do all my propagandizing on Lemmy.ml, Hexbear is useful for those we can manage to bring over here but is more valuable as a safe space for our comrades than for agitprop.

I try to keep my mouth shut in News threads unless I have a firm understanding of the events at hand, too often my knowledge is one-sided and not multi-sided and comprehensive, which is why I appreciate this thread so much.

It’s my main source of news gathering, these days.

More on the self-propelling nature of Capitalist development, whether lengthening or shortening the day, Capital propels itself forward. Also of note was the mention of early working class struggle with the Luddites, first against machinery, then we find later against the owners of machinery. Class struggle informs knowledge of correct theory and practice.
