I am by no means a constitutionalist, but Kirk is right here. Go vote, if you’re in the US. There has, arguably, never been a more important election in US history.

    If there were ever a time to vote 3rd party, it’s now. You may not agree with Chase Oliver’s views on everything, but he is at least a reasonable sounding human being who’s willing to compromise.

          no it literally is. the alternative isn’t not voting. and if you vote for the third party you might as well not leave the house. you’re just doing the same thing with extra steps

      That’s not how US voting works. You would need to get the majority to vote for a single guy from a party no ones heard of

        It’s hardly a party no one’s heard of and yea you would need a majority (duh?). But by all means, don’t vote with your principles; treat it like a strategy game and keep perpetuating a broken 2 party duopoly. That’s been a great way to affect change over the last century.

          That’s not how you get out of a 2 party system. You need to get rid of first part the post. First past the post forces all voters to vote strategically, only people who don’t understand how the system would fail to see that.
