    I think the co-founder/CEO found a very interested multimillionaire that was a big Titanic enthusiast so was trying to court him for funding There were two other dives of this submersible that were called off due to equipment failure that was to take some Youtubers down They declined seats on the third trip In lack of viral promotion go for the guy with money
