Need to complain. I tried to call my doctor’s office and it was impossible to speak to a person. The AI kept telling me over and over that they care about my pronouns. I don’t care about my pronouns, I just wanted to speak to a person. It’s Seattle idk what I expected

    Assuming they were in brackets after people’s names, why is that silly? It’s just so you know how to address them.

      I think what they’re saying is on leaflet, the department had pronouns listed, like “Department of Sanitation (they/them)”
