i have setup a zoneminder setup on a linux server. https://zoneminder.com/ combined with a camera that supports onvif . Takes bit of setup, but works well and 100% in your own control

(I don’t have one myself, running amd) but from what I’ve heard, it has gotten a lot better in the last couple of months /year. Try it out with a spare ssd if you have 1 laying around, just remove the windows drive (to make sure nothing gets accidently overwritten) and try it out! Best way to figure out if it works for you and if the games you may want to play work with it
