I don’t think this is a parody, unfortunately. Besides explicitly stating that this is not satire, I’ve met another so-called “anpac” who called me an evil Stalinist for having a relatively basic and non-intrusive verification system on one of my XMPP chatrooms. They tried to warn all my friends about how evil I am for not wanting to let bigots and trolls in. I almost thought they were the same person who wrote this site, but this person seems to have a hatred for privacy whereas the other anpac was always using Tor.
