I run pihole without any problems as a docker container. I assume you want to ask how well it works to add custom records, because that’s what you usually do with a dns server.

Adding single records with the web ui works just fine. However, adding wildcards isn’t possible. So you end up attaching a terminal to your container and adding dnsmasq configs yourself. This is a bit poor.

On the other hand: How often do you need to add wildcards? I needed like 2 entries since I set up pihole a few years ago.

At my work they use Mac OS. However before I started the job I said, that it’s a requirement for me to work with Linux. So I’m the only one with a proper OS in the company now 🥴

But jokes aside, it’s not that bad to work on different OSes. Nowadays everything runs in a Docker container. Ok, it’s a bit slow for the Apple users, but that’s not my problem 🤷‍♂️

Zum Zoll: Das kommt ganz drauf an, von wo die Ware verschickt wird. AliExpress hat auch Lagerhäuser in Polen und Spanien. Die liegen beide in der EU. Wenn die Ware hingegen aus China kommt, können Zölle anfallen. Da gab es aber meine ich eine Schwelle, ab der man Zoll zahlen muss. Ich hab irgendwas um die 100€ im Kopf.

Du kannst üblicherweise einzelne Produkte kaufen. Ab 10€ ist der Versand aber frei. Manchmal gibt es auch Aktionsprodukte, bei denen du mindestens 3 Produkte wählen musst. Diese sind dann aber massiv reduziert.

Stimmt schon. Der gemeine CDU Wähler guckt wahrscheinlich eher Fernsehgarten als Space Frogs.

Also you need both, xdg-desktop-portal and xdg-desktop-portal-[your choice].

Welcome to Sway club! 😜 This sounds like you haven’t installed an xdg desktop portal (https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/XDG_Desktop_Portal) I personally installed the gnome ones. However you can pick any of these. They provide stuff like file pickers, etc. Regarding the links there was a command to set the default app for different mime types using xdg-open. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to find it.

TLDR; The developer of tachiyomi got threads from the manga publisher’s lawyers. So he archived his repo. Other devs forked it to keep the project alive.

Pre-11 windows was at least less buggier than Mac OS. But I agree: It’s a big pain too! Linux just works better for me.
