The National Weather Service offices in Portland, Pendleton and Medford are forecasting a shift this weekend from cool, cloudy weather to temps nearing, and in some cases exceeding, 100 degrees.
Central Oregon has been unseasonably cool the last several days, like it used to be 10 years ago. Forecast says we’re only going to hit 95° here, though. But who knows if NOAA is even functioning properly any longer.
