      I see what you mean but phrasing artists being automated out of a job as them “not controlling the means of production”, seems like a stretch of the terms.

        it’s only “out of a job” because they don’t though? Socialist automation reduces work hours and maintains pay, capitalist automation fires four people and makes the fifth one do all their work for no additional money.

          Just to be clear: I understood your first claim as AI causing workers to lose control of production through automation. But you were really saying was: because workers already don’t have control of production, AI is causing them to lose their jobs.
